I am a writer studying the contours and contradictions of craft: art, architecture, furniture, gardens, literature, dressmaking, myths.
My work has been published in ARTnews, The Economist, The Independent, Apollo, and Cereal Magazine; I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge and the University of Iowa Nonfiction Writing MFA.
Originally from London, I am now based in Los Angeles where I am working on a collection of parables about things I find beautiful and strange.
